College of Education and External Studies, through School of Education, Department of Humanities and Language Education conducted Art and Design annual Teachers Conference 2019.
The Theme of the conference was: skills for art and design teacher in the 21st Century. The conference was attended by all teachers that teach art and Design in secondary schools in Uganda.
