Professor Seppo Holtta from University of Tampere and Professor Turo Virtanen from University of Helsinki in Finland paid a short visit to the Dean, Makerere University, East African School of Higher Education Studies and Development, Dr. Ronald Bisaso on Wednesday 19th September 2018 at 2.30pm.
They specifically co-facilitated with Dr Ronald Bisaso the doctoral course on "Innovations and Knowledge Transfer Partnerships in Higher Education" for first year students. In addition, discussion on doctoral student mobility (5months) and possibility of staff exchange (2-3 weeks) have started.
