On 14 September 2017, the contractor handed over the newly refurbished Lumumba teaching space to CEES Management. The teaching space can accommodate close to 300 students and it also has some office space.
The handover was witnessed by the Chair Department Foundation and Curriculum Studies Dr. Nicholas Itaaga who represented the principal College of Education and External studies, Mr. Micheal Walimbwa, Asistant Lecturer in the school of Education, Member from BTS, Mr George T, From the Internal Audit, the chief custodian, Mr Aryebi Asoke and Isemaghendera Alex, CEES Web Administrator
