This is a ‘WAY TO GO’ approach to modern pedagogy. These are strides that are being made in online, distance, e-learning or blended learning.  Thanks to SIDA, NORAD/NORHED, Makerere University and University of Agder, that are variously supporting the development of blended learning capacity in the College of Education and External Studies in particular and at Makerere University in general.
