Makerere University College of Education and External Studies has learnt that Makerere University Appointment Board at its 589th Meeting held on 19th November 2018 took a decision to promote Dr. Anthony Muwagga Mugagga from Associate Professor to a higher academic rank of a Professor.
The college is profoundly honoured to have a full Professor of Philosophy of Education the first in Makerere University's 95 years of existence.
