Makerere University represented by the East African School of Higher Education Studies and Development (EASHESD) is associated partner of the master programme MARIHE (Master in Research and Innovation in Higher Education). MARIHE is supported by the Erasmus Mundus programme of the European Union and offers full scholarships for student intake in summer 2019. Application is open to all nationalities.

MARIHE – Master in Research and Innovation in Higher Education is a two-year Erasmus Mundus master programme supported by the European Union. We offer:
1. A high quality master programme on higher education, research and innovation management, with a truly global perspective
2. Full scholarships from the European Union, open to applicants from all nationalities
3. A 2-year full-time cross-cultural study journey – students will study in at least three different countries
4. An intensive training experience in small groups of international top students
5. An international network of recognized partner institutions, scholars, practitioners and alumni
6. Excellent job perspectives (PhD positions, higher education management, policy making etc.)
