Prof. Ronald Bisaso is an Associate Professor of Higher Education at Makerere University and currently serves as the Deputy Principal of the College of Education and External Studies (CEES). With a distinguished career in academia and university leadership, he has made significant contributions to higher education research, management, and policy development. His work focuses on leadership and management in higher education, the role of universities in socio-economic development, and institutional reforms in education systems.
Prof. Bisaso holds extensive experience in research and academic administration. His scholarly contributions encompass topics such as organizational responses to public sector reforms in higher education, knowledge management in African universities, and the use of information technology for educational administration in Uganda and Botswana.
