I am an IT professional with over 10 years of experience in network engineering, enterprise email administration, and web infrastructure management. At Makerere University’s Directorate for ICT Support (DICTS), I oversee the university’s core web, email, and network systems, ensuring reliability, security, and user-focused service delivery.
I hold an MSc in Data Communications and Software Engineering from Makerere University, a Bachelor of Information Technology from IUIU, and multiple certifications in cybersecurity, virtualization, and system administration.
My work has included server virtualization projects, Single Sign-On (Mak-Auth) deployment, and campus webmail optimization. Beyond technology, I am passionate about mentoring interns and contributing to community education initiatives that support vulnerable children and local development.
