Biography

Kellen has published in areas of community participation in forest management, social justice in benefit sharing, learning and citizenship during emergencies. Kellen is passionate about research that creates a positive impact in the lives of unprivileged individuals and communities.

  • PhD in Environment and Natural Resources, Makerere University
  • Master of Philosophy in Development Studies, Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU)

Natural resources governance, climate change policy, environmental education and sustainable livelihoods
