Irish Exchange students visit School of Education

 

The School of Education is hosting students from Stranmillis University, Northern Ireland in a 12 week exchange program. The students, Lindsay Brown and Ashley Gault are based in the Department of Foundations and Curriculum Studies where they are gaining skills in instructional design as part of their Bachelor of Education (Primary Education) programme. They are also undertaking their school practice at City Parents School. Lindsay and Ashley are looking forward to gaining great experiences of the Ugandan education system that they can take back home with them. The School of Education has hosted exchange students from Stranmillis University since 2006 and this is the fourth group of students. Correspondingly Ugandan students have also visited Stranmillis University.
