The Makerere Institute of Teacher Education and Research (MITER), today signed an MoU with Innovations for Poverty Action (IPA) to collaborate in the areas of research, capacity building and Policy development. On behalf of CEES, the MoU was signed by the Principal Prof. Mugagga and the Deputy Director of MITER, Dr. Kabugo. On the part of IPA, the MoU was signed by Dr. Nalere Patrick, the Country Director. We congratulate MITER upon this milestone.
