School of Education lecturer, Dr Ronald Bisaso presented his PhD research findings at the 10th PhD Dissemination series that were held on Friday 9 March 2012. In his brilliant and insightful presentation on,“Utilising the learning organization for management capacity building at Makerere University," Dr Bisaso said that there was need for the responsive capacities of Makerere’s management to be systemically revitalized by building the capacity for academic managers, embedding institutional research at all levels and improving the competence of researchers.
The seminar was chaired by Dr Fred Masagazi, Dean School of Education who thanked Dr Bisaso for his tremendous work.The PhD Dissemination series are organized by the Office of the Deputy Vice Chancellor in charge of Academic Affairs and are an opportunity for the public to access information about the latest findings and developments in the particular presenter’s area of expertise.
