I am a sociologist, with a Masters in Comparative Social work and Development studies. I have obtained special training in rural livelihoods, participatory methods in development work and environment and poverty linkages. My knowledge and experience in the field has equipped me with competences in organizational development, decision making and leadership, training of trainers, adult education facilitation skills, group dynamics, communication skills, peer education, community mobilisation and networking. In terms of personality; I am self-motivated and an introspective person who puts a lot of thought into what I do and why I do it. I constantly evaluate myself and my progress in making and reaching goals.Overall, I am focused, versatile and self-driven and this helps me to work with minimum supervision.
