Welfare, Financial Stability Tops Makerere University VC Contestants' Manifesto

Candidates vying for Makerere University Vice Chancellor Office have today presented themselves before the public - tabling their proposed roadmap for East Africa’s oldest University – Makerere.
The trio contestants including a former presidential candidate prof Venansius Baryamureeba highlighted the problems of Makerere and showing they would bridge all the existing loopholes that have put university under contempt before the public eye.
