Registration begins Monday 3rd October at 10.00am at the College of Education and External Studies' Academic Registrar's Office Flat 1 CCE Complex Hall.

Guidelines for Registration for 1st Year Students of Semester I, 2011/2012

 

Registration will begin on Monday, 3rd October, 2011.

Venue: CCE Block-Registrar’s Dept

Time: 9:00am-12:30pm and 2:00pm-4:00pm daily

 

Registration Requirements

 

All 1st year students must present themselves in person with the original of:

  • Admission Letter

  • Birth Certificate

  • “O” and “A” Level result slips/certificate

  • Identity card from the previous A-level school.Deploma Holders must produce Identity Cards from their previous Colleges.

  • Certificate/Transcripts of Degree/Diploma/Mature Age Entry Scheme Certificate where applicable.

  • Fully paid in bank slips for Tuition and functional fees for private students.

 

 

 

Procedures for Registration.

  • After picking Admission Letter and Registration Form, Pay in the bank the required tuition and other fees as stated in the fees structures.

  • National Council for Higher Education Fees be paid in Stanbic/DFCU Banks.Bankslips are got in those Banks Makerere Branches.

  • Make 3 copies of the registration form before filling in the Academic information required.

  • Attach to each registration form copies of: Admission letter, “O” and “A” level pass-slip, Birth certificate, former school identity card and banking slips.

  • Attach a passport photograph to each of the three sets.

  • Present the filled in forms to the registrars who will verify the authenticity of the documents and will endorse and will return one signed copy to you for your custody.

  • You will sign in the register.

  • You will be required by the I.D office to present a registration form (the one you remained with) as evidence of registration and your photograph will be captured and the university identity card will be issued to you from the school of education.

NB. After Registration students should endeavour to sign in a Register.
