Abstract

Tis research focuses on strategies/approaches to continuous professional learning in an organization such as teacher education institutions. Afer discussing main theoretical appraoches it presents results from a case study focused on the process of preparing teacher trainees for internship (teaching practice) as a component of teacher education. Tis frst section analyses how organizational learning and professional networks promote the professional learning of teacher educators
